Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (MBM) together with authorised dealer NZ Wheels, has officially re-opened their completely refurbished Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels Johor Bahru Autohaus (Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels JB Autohaus).
The uniqueness of this newly refurbished Autohaus is that NZ Wheels Johor Bahru features the first southern region AMG Performance Center. MBM and NZ Wheels have basically taken note of the demand from owners of Mercedes-AMG automobiles in the southern states by doing so.
The RM6 million cost of refurbishment includes an update to the latest Mercedes-Benz Presentation System (MPS II) and Corporate Identity (CI). It it a full 3S centre and it has a total built-up of 18,692.40 sq. ft.
The Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels JB Autohaus is able to display 11 showroom vehicles, and is managed by 32 personnel across sales, technical services and spare parts functions. The Autohaus presently has 12 work bays, capable of servicing up to 500 vehicles per month to cope with the increasing need for premium customer service and experience.
All of these efforts are part of Mercedes-Benz Malaysia's continuous plan to ramp up efforts in delivering the Best Customer Experience by enhancing its touchpoints throughout its entire network.

NZ Wheels upgrades its Johor Bahru Autohaus to the latest Mercedes-Benz standards and corporate identity.
