GO AUTO signs agreement with FUKUTA ELECTRIC to develop Electric Vehicles & its supply chain in Malaysia

The chaps from Go Auto Manufacturing were recently in Taiwan where they signed a technical agreement. with Fukuta Electric & Machinery Company Ltd. Taiwan (Fukuta) recently to develop the ecosystem for electric vehicles (EV). The agreement is in line with the Malaysian Government's initiative to make Malaysia as a hub for manufacturers and EV components in the ASEAN market.

HAVAL MALAYSIA LAUNCHES THE HAVAL H2 SUV - 1.5L Turbocharged SUV from RM89,950 onwards

Go Auto, the distributor for Haval cars in Malaysia has launched the Haval H2 SUV. The larger, C segment sized H2 now complements the surprisingly popular B segment sized M4 crossover SUV in the Haval line-up here in Malaysia. Haval now have a better two car lineup and now caters to a slightly wider audience than the single vehicle in its lineup. Prior to this, the Haval brand was called Great Wall Motors and they also sold the Wingle pick-up truck as well as a turbo diesel power SUV. 

HAVAL H2 Scheduled for Launch on the 25th of May - We've been in one already actually.

The HAVAL H2 is about to be officially launched in Malaysia. It will be launched on the 25th of May 2016 at their One Utama roadshow scheduled for this 25th to the 29th of May 2016 (as stated above).  This are the photos of the preview done at the Great Wall / HAVAL display sometime November 2015 at the MAI-MST Autoshow. Test Drive Review: Great Wall Haval M4 AMT (NOW Called the Haval H1) - The most affordable mini SUV in Malaysia now shifts gears by itself

I was recently invited over to Gurun, Kedah by Go Auto to take a look at their automobile assembly facility and to test drive the Great Wall Motors Haval M4 AMT which they distribute (Now called the HAVAL H1). If you folks remember, I managed to spend some time with a Manual transmission M4 in October of 2014 and came away pretty impressed with it.
