Info on The New Ford Ranger's NVH

Ford is busily promoting the new Ford Ranger. This time I've received a press release of the Ranger's NVH statistics that would make interesting reading and viewing ...on your tablet or smartphone that you are looking at whilst waiting for something to be done like baking a cake, waiting for a connecting flight or sitting in the lavatory or just waiting for somebody to arrive.

Ford Ranger keeps Ford sales up in November

The Ford Ranger is really making Ford's sales in Malaysia soar. Out of 830 units of retail sales in November, 707 units from this is the Ranger XLT and also the 3.2liter Ranger WildTrak. The Ranger is indeed a fabulous pick-up as I had the opportunity to test drive one a sometime ago (not this latest facelifted one but that was actually competent enough for most of us).

New Ford Ranger officially launched in Malaysia

The burnt orange one is the 3.2 WildTrak, 2.2 XLT is in grey

The Ford Motor Company together with local distributor Sime Darby Auto Connexion launched the new Ford Ranger earlier today. This is a very facelifted version of the Ford Ranger we see on our roads. It features a new front end design as well as more equipment and stuff.

Test Drive: 2014 Ford Ranger 2.2l XLT Automatic - Traction Control and ISOFIX ..as well as the usual goodies too

The current Ford Ranger has been around Malaysia since 2012 and is quite a familiar sight. First launched in 2011 it has captured a fair number of people who like driving pickup trucks. This 2014 version of the Ford Ranger is the same as it was when it first came out some two years ago. However, Ford basically improved it with the addition of traction control (ESP) and ISOFIX baby seat anchorage points.
