Yesterday DENZA, the luxury new energy vehicle brand,under the BYD group, officially announced the opening of DENZA Balakong by Wing Hin Elegant. The new centre is a dedicated 4S centre offering vehicle sales, aftersales servicing, and authorised body and paint services. The opening marks another step in the brand’s continued expansion of its retail and aftersales network across Malaysia.
Located at Lot 9257C, Jalan Balakong Kembangan, the premium looking centre adds to DENZA’s coverage of the southern Klang Valley, providing customers in the area with complete sales and aftersales coverage of the brand. It especially allows the showcase of the brand's range of luxury new energy vehicles, including the DENZA D9, DENZA B8 and DENZA Z9GT.
The 4S centre is approximately 3,000 square metres in size, with around 650 square metres dedicated to the showroom and the rest towards other facilities. As one of the top three largest DENZA dealer facilities in Malaysia by its size, the showroom features seven vehicle display bays across its two floors, together with a dedicated 61-square-metre vehicle delivery room. It makes viewing DENZA vehicles in comfort.
The facility also has seven bays for mechanical servicing and wheel alignment, alongside body and paint facilities to support customers with larger range of vehicle care services.
Aside from its large size and facilities, DENZA Balakong has been designed to bring the DENZA brand story to life and push the customer experience levels upwards. The showroom features artwork incorporating local elements, alongside a dedicated DENZA milestone wall that highlights key moments in the brand’s journey. Customers can also enjoy a customer lounge, complimentary coffee at the water bar and a VIP room during their visit.
As a new energy vehicle brand, the showroom will also be equipped with BYD Flash Charging facilities in due time, further supporting growing charging ecosystem and providing greater convenience for customers as charging infrastructure continues to expand across Malaysia.
