Chery Malaysia had earlier today launched the Chery TIGGO CROSS Sport Edition.This new Tiggo Cross variant gets a sporty front and rear lip compared to the Cross Turbo variant which is already sold here. The extra sportier bits will only be featured on this TIGGO CROSS Sport Edition which will initially be offered exclusively in the Turbo variant.
The price for this variant is RM91,800 before insurance but there is now an early bird offer at only RM83,800 for limited numbers (terms and conditions apply obviously). You can check out the new 2026/2027 Chery TIGGO CROSS Sport Edition at the Chery roadshow at IOI City Mall in Putrajaya from today (7 October) until 11 October 2026 - that is over the weekend.
The TIGGO CROSS Sport Edition here as stated is basically a slightly tarted up TIGGO CROSS petrol turbo variant. The compact SUV is powered by a robust 1.5L Turbocharged engine which is coupled to a 6-Speed Dual-Clutch Transmission (DCT), delivering 147 PS of maximum power and 210 Nm of torque. The SUV offers competitive fuel efficiency of just 6.3L per 100km for the amount of performance it gives. The TIGGO CROSS Sports Edition has a 51-litre fuel tank offers extended driving range, making it ideal for both daily commutes and spontaneous road trips.
The TIGGO CROSS comes with Dual-Zone Climate Control, so both driver and front passenger can set their ideal temperatures. You control the cabin temperature with a clean, easy-to-use Climate Control Touchscreen infotainment panel (which controls other function like the connectivity, vehicle and entertainment systems) which you get in most Chery group cars these days.
