Chery Malaysia has officially opened a new showroom and service centre in Kluang Johor. The dealer operated outlet is run by dealer-partner Li Koon Auto Sdn. Bhd. This new addition represents Chery's commitment to having more customer touch points for Malaysians especially in and around Kluang this time around.
The new 3S Centere is located at No. 5 & No. 6, Jalan Kluang Perdana 1, Taman Kluang Perdana, 86000 Kluang, Johor and covers a space of about 896 square meters, providing customers with a complete Chery brand experience in vehicle viewing, customer service, and maintenance. The centre features a fully equipped service centre with 4 service bays, all staffed by certified Chery technicians.
“As we broaden our presence in Johor, our goal is to serve an even wider customer base, reaching out to the vibrant communities of Muar, Skudai, Johor Bahru, and now Kluang. This strategic expansion allows more customers to experience the unparalleled convenience, quality, and comprehensive services that Chery is celebrated for,” said Network Director of Chery Malaysia Soon Boon Ping at the launch of the new dealership
The showroom is open daily – from 9am to 6pm (Monday – Sunday) including Public Holidays.
As for the service centre operation, it is open from 8am to 5.15pm (Monday – Friday); 8am to 12.45pm (Saturday); closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Currently, Chery operates six showrooms and five service centres in Johor, along with two body and paint outlets, to comprehensively meet the needs of Chery customers in the state.
