Daihatsu (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd together with their long time dealer in Ipoh, Perak, Saga Superior Sdn Bhd has officially opened their new 3S Centre located along Jalan Pasir Puteh 1, Ipoh, Perak. The new centre, operated by Saga Superior was originally a 1S or sales only centre but has been upgraded to a full Sales, Service and Spare Parts (3S) centre by Saga Superior, which has been operating the sales centre since 2006. They have taken the next step in offering a comprehensive Daihatsu sales and aftersales experience to their customers in and around the Ipoh city area.
The new Daihatsu 3S Centre opening was officiated by Mr Arman Mahadi, Managing Director, Daihatsu Malaysia and Mr Katsumi Ohori, Executive Director of Daihatsu Malaysia. Representing Saga Superior was Ms Look Siok Yee, Managing Director of Saga Superior.
The new 3S Centre comprises of the original existing showroom but now comes with a new service reception and customer lounge area, 3 service bays, an overhaul bay, car wash bay, parts storage room, special service tools room and a technician's restroom. The centre sits on an area of about 21,780 square feet and already has the trained personnel to maintain and repair Daihatsu vehicles.
Ms Loo, Managing Director of Saga Superior stated that, "Customers will now find it convenient and time saving to service their Gran Max with the availability of our new service centre which can easily accomodate up to 4 Gran Max vehicles at a time."
The Daihatsu Gran Max is currently the only model offered by Daihatsu Malaysia but can be fitted with 17 types of different body applications. The Gran Max comes in both manual and automatic transmissions and is fitted with the Daihatsu 1.5liter petrol engine which offers reliability, fuel efficiency for commercial van owners here in Malaysia. It is also a consistent seller in terms of its vehicle segment and is one of the nicest looking in the market in our opinion.
With the opening of the Saga Superior 3S centre, Mr Arman said that, " This newly upgraded Centre has been designed in line with Daihatsu Malaysia's company goals to deliver quality customer service experience and vehicle ownership satisfaction."
Speaking of better customer service, Daihatsu Malaysia also took the opportunity to launch the Rahmah Service Package, which starts on the 27th of May 2023. Gran Max users are offered an affordable service package with savings up to 38% on parts. The packages are priced from RM149+ and consists of an engine oil change, oil filter change, drain plug gasket and labour charges.
