Daihatsu (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd took the opportunity to introduce the Daihatsu Rahmah Service Package at the launch of the newly upgraded Saga Superior Daihatsu centre located in Ipoh, Perak earlier today. The Centre has been upgraded from a 1S Sales only facility to a complete Sales, Service and Spare Part (3S) Centre thus improving the brand's customer touch points in the surrounding area. As for the Daihatsu Rahmah package, this campaign starts today, the 27th of May onwards and Daihatsu Gran Max owners are encouraged to send their vehicles at all authorised Daihatsu service centres nationwide to take advantage of this campaign until it ends (at a later date not specified as yet).
The Daihatsu Rahmah Service Package is in line with the Malaysian government's Auto Rahmah Initiative, where it it aimed to lighten the loads of SME Business owners. This is also staying true with Daihatsu's slogan, 'Light You Up' where the brand wants to ensure costs are kept as low for Daihatsu operators. With this, the new Rahmah package offered by Daihatsu Malaysia offers affordable service packages with up to 38% savings. The packages are priced from RM149 onwards for engine oil, oil filter, drain plug gasket and labour charges, terms and conditions apply as usual.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr Arman Mahadi, Managing Director of Daihatsu Malaysia said, " Nothing is better than giving back to the users of the Gran Max. Being the market leader and the number one preferred choice for light commercial vehicle here in Malaysia, the introduction of the Daihatsu Rahmah package together with the upgraded 3S centre here in Ipoh, is a testament of the Group's business vision in creating a customer-centruc ulture that provides for a more holistic ownership experience while growing the brand."
He also added that owners need to be aware that it is important that their vehicles are properly serviced and maintained regularly so that the vehicle is safe to drive and is also in optimum working order. Daihatsu is an advocate of good vehicle maintenance and road safety particularly for those Gran Max vehicles that are used on longer haul routes regularly. With the introduction of this affordable Rahmah Package, it can promote the worthy discipline to Gran Max owners nationwide.
