HINO Motor Sales Malaysia Officially Opens 3S Centre Operated by Auto Skyline Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru

Yesterday, Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (HMSM) officially launched its new 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) centre operated by Auto Skyline Sdn Bhd (Auto Skyline). This newly renovated sales and service centre would meet the needs of Hino customers in the Johor Bahru region and bring a more up to date customer experience for the brand. The new 3S centre which was renovated at a cost of RM120,000  aims to provide the best support solutions that optimally suit customer needs.


Auto Skyline has been operating a Hino 1S (Sales) centre since April 2002. It also has its footing in the Malaysian coachbuilding industry since 1990. The new Hino 3S centre builds on its experience of selling Hino as well as its engineering prowess in building up commercial vehicles for their customers. The new 3S centre is strategically located in the industrial hub known as Kawasan Perindustrian Tebrau, a developing city in Malaysia, and has an area space of 8160-sqft.

Inspired from Hino’s Japanese-inspired ideals and corporate identity guidelines, the 3S centre has four service bays, a fully air-conditioned customer lounge which provides refreshment, free Wi-Fi connection and also television.

During the official opening, HMSM Managing Director, Atsushi Uchiyama said, “We appointed Auto Skyline as Hino Authorized 3S centre to offer a one-stop solution under one roof to our customers. One-stop solution centre is known as customer-centric main angle in our industry and this will enhance the confidence of our customers from the point of deciding to purchase a Hino. With the full range of service under one roof, we aim to enhance customer service and excellent experience of owning a Hino vehicle.”

“As a reliable business partner, customers remain at the heart of everything we do, and this 3S centre is convenient for the customer from making inquiries about the latest Hino models to purchasing one and getting all the required after-sales services,” added Atsushi.

Auto Skyline Managing Director, Beck Kuang Chiaw shared his mission on the new 3S centre and his confidence of the brand, “With the growth of our business, we find that it is imperative to offer a one-stop solution under one roof to our customers.
