Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia is Official Distributor of Volkswagen Cars in Malaysia - Announces 5 year Manufacturer Warranty for all Volkswagen Cars

Volkswagen Group Malaysia have officially announced that the European automotive retail specialist Porsche Holding Salzburg (PHS) will become the official distributor of Volkswagen cars, under the new company name of Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM). VPCM is managed by European automotive retail specialist, Porsche Holding Salzburg, is the largest and most successful automotive distributor in Europe. The Salzburg, Germany-based company was founded in 1947, and operates today in 26 markets in Western- and South-eastern Europe, China, and in Columbia and Chile in South America.

Volkswagen Passat B7 to be the official car for Le Tour De Langkawi 2016

The official car for the upcoming Le Tour De Langkawi will be the Volkswagen Passat . A total of 190 units of this large sedan will be used for Malaysia's premier cycling event. It will be used throughout the race by the riders and their team personnel, safety marshals and also the police.

Volkswagen Group Malaysia Launches 3S Facility in Melaka

Melaka, 18 March 2015 – N3 Auto has launched a brand new showroom in the centre of Melaka, on Jalan Bukit Palah. The 3S facility – Sales, Service, and Spare Parts was unveiled by Mr. Chua Beng Poh, General Manager of N3 Auto and Mr Armin Keller, Managing Director of Volkswagen Group Malaysia, on Wednesday, March 18th 2015.

News pursuant to the recent hoo-haa made by some Volkswagen owners as regards warranty issues

Volkswagen Group Malaysia has decided to take more remedial action pursuant to the recent protest by a group of VW owners on the 13th of March 2014. Aside from the earlier announcement that service centers will be opened on Sunday, owners can now look forward to voicing out their EXTENDED WARRANTY grievances when ever they feel like it during 9am to 6pm on weekdays begining 17th of March 2014. 

In short, VGM has a call center so that you can inform them directly on how you are being treated by the service centers as regards the Extended Warranty or whether you have any other complaints to voice out. The hotline (which isn't so hot as it is only during office hours - but a good step) is 1-800-88-8947. Call them to try exorcise your haunted Volkswagen. Do not call a coconut holding shaman as he wouldn't know nuts about how to exorcise your faulty DSG transmission. This is the better way.
