Earlier today, Volkswagen Malaysia through FA Wagen Sdn Bhd officially opened their latest service centre located in Sri Hartamas. The centre, spanning over 30,000 square feet over three floors has a showroom on the top two floors and a service centre on the lower ground that has 8 work bays to handle most after sales matters for Volkswagen vehicles.
The 3S centre is located in the slightly upscale area of Desa Sri Hartamas and one can actually see the showroom section of the centre from the Penchala Link highway. The entrance to the service centre is located in the building (ground floor of the Signature Suites Sri Hartamas) after the Shell station if you are coming from Mont Kiara/ Desa Sri Hartamas town centre or just before the Shell station if you are approaching directly from the SPRINT highway.
FA Wagen Sdn Bhd has invested a total of RM5 million the location and buildup, facilities, service bays as well as Volkswagen approved diagnostics tools and equipment. Volkswagen Sri Hartamas operates from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays for its showroom from 8.30am to 6pm and for after sales it operates from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.45 pm and on Saturdays, from 8:30am to 12:30pm.
For those interested let's mention a little about FA Wagen (we already know Volkswagen Malaysia is a subsidiary of Volkswagen AG, the manufacturer of Volkswagen Cars). FA Wagen is one of the pioneer Volkswagen dealerships in Malaysia. The company started in 2007 and have worked with Volkswagen ever since. Their other Volkswagen outlets are in Glenmarie, Jalan 222 Petaling Jaya, Johor Bharu and Sungai Petani. Spanning over 30,670 sqft over three floors, Volkswagen Sri Hartamas is

after sales covering quick & general service, diagnostics and major
repairs. The service centre has 8 work bays and a team of 15
experienced and certified technicians who will be able to diagnose issues
efficiently, swifter and deliver quality service to customers.
