Mercedes-Benz Concept EQ Gets Its First Southeast Asian Premiere in Kuala Lumpur - A Showcase of Future Mobility

These days, Malaysians actually get to see concept cars brought in from overseas to be showcased. How lucky we are, as times have changed as Malaysia is deemed to be a very important car market to many large and established manufacturers. Now, the Mercedes-Benz Concept EQ car which was developed to showcase the three-pointed star's design  and technology direction has made its Malaysian debut. It is also the Concept EQ's Southeast Asian debut too, at the Mercedes-Benz EQ Brand Exhibition in Desa Park City this weekend. 

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Records Strong First Quarter 2018 Sales Performance

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM) had announced that a total of 3,335 of their premium passenger cars were sold in the first quarter of 2018. This is a double digit growth for the marque where they've achieve growth of 13.2 per cent compared to the first quarter of 2017. Aside from that announcement which somehow shows a Malaysia which seems wanted a lot more Mercedes-Benz, MBM also officially launched the EQ brand  with the plug-in hybrid models of E 350 e and C 350 e now being designated as EQ Power models as well as officially opening the new EQ branded charging stations at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur yesterday (this is reported in a follow-up article here).

MERCEDES-BENZ S 400 h AMG Line Officially Available in Malaysia

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has now made the V222 S 400 h S-Class with the AMG Line styling package. The Malaysian Mercedes-Benz S400h AMG Line comes with sportier looks on the outside where the AMG body styling kit, perforated brake discs and 19 inch AMG alloy wheels are now fitted.
