Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia Launches The Fifth Generation Land Rover Discovery - The 7 Seater SUV Is Priced From RM729,800

Jaguar Land Rover (Malaysia), or JLRM in short, has announced the launch of the new Land Rover Discovery. The fifth generation Discovery, or Disco as it is also called by its adoring fans was first launched way back in September of 2016. Sales for the full sized, three row, seven seater SUV started in February of last year and it is now finally on sale here in Malaysia after its local preview at the Malaysia Autoshow at the end of 2017 (photo below).

The upcoming 2017 Malaysia Autoshow scheduled for the 9th to the 12th of November 2017 will be quite an interesting event. One of the interesting happenings that is going to happen is the first Malaysian preview of the all-new Land Rover Discovery.

Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia delivered its first Land Rover Discovery Sport in conjunction to its Malaysian debut to a customer recently. Quite a special customer too - Her Excellency Mrs Victoria Treadell, the British High Commissioner to Malaysia. 

Obviously thrilled to receive the vehicle, HE Treadell stated that the Discovery Sport would be perfect for her as Britain's most senior representative in Malaysia. Whilst being capable and versatile, it is also a British product (Made at the Jaguar Land Rover plant in Halewood, Liverpool). Hence an extension of the nation she represents.

Jaguar Land Rover (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (JLRM) has officially launched the all-new Land Rover Discovery Sport, in Malaysia. The 2015 Land Rover Discovery Sport is claimed by Jaguar Land Rover to be the world’s most versatile premium compact SUV. It is also the first member of the new Discovery family and takes a whole lot of styling cues from the larger Range Rover Sport premium SUV.
