Porsche Malaysia joins hands with Krithin Paul Pereira to support more dreamers

Krithin Paul Pereira has Cerebral Palsy, expressing his passion through his art. He is driven by dreams and passion. For art and also his love of cars, especially Porsche, even though it is currently impossible for him to actually drive a car on his own. So, following the launch of the new Cayenne in Malaysia recently, Krithin showed his appreciation for Porsche’s "sports car for five" and went on together with Porsche Malaysia to support a cause that is close to his heart. Through the specially designed t-shirts which have been printed with Krithin’s signature drawings of the new Cayenne, the proceeds raised were contributed to Amirs Therapy Gym, a rehabilitation centre, where he received his support. I got one of these t-shirts at the launch event too!

Porsche Malaysia first met Krithin at the opening of Porsche Club Malaysia’s office at Porsche Centre Sungai Besi. In addition to his stunning art pieces, his zest for the brand was clear to see. Krithin was invited to join Porsche Malaysia at several key milestones, including a special artwork of the locally assembled Porsche Cayenne for the launch of the first local assembly facility for Porsche outside of Europe in Kulim, Kedah.

His art pieces have touched the hearts of many, including being recognised by Porsche AG with an invitation to visit the heart of the brand in Stuttgart, where he interacted with designers and experienced the thrill of a 911 GT3 at the Hockenheimring.

At the launch of the new Cayenne in Malaysia, Krithin mirrored the luxury SUV‘s spirit of going further together, by showing his appreciation for the gym that helped him with his mobility. Joining hands with Porsche Malaysia, Krithin is committed to doing his part to motivate and empower others with similar challenges to persevere and follow their dreams, through this initiative.

“I’d like to thank the Porsche Malaysia team for this opportunity. Amirs Therapy Gym holds a special place in my heart, as they helped me build my physical and mental strength. Despite all the challenges in life, I always tell myself that I can do it because I am a dreamer without limits, and I want to help others in bringing their dreams to life too,“ said Krithin Paul Pereira.

"Ever since I met Krithin, he has inspired us in so many ways. We’re delighted to have him with us for the launch of the new Cayenne in Malaysia and now, we are excited to continue this journey together to empower more dreamers, “shared Christopher Hunter, Chief Executive Officer of Sime Darby Auto Performance, representing Porsche Malaysia.

"We’re really touched to see where Krithin is right now, he has come a long way. It is truly a proud moment to be a part of his growth and we are grateful for the support of Porsche Malaysia in making dreams come true,“ said Fezia Tyebally, co-founder of Amirs Therapy Gym.

Krithin is single-minded in the pursuit of his dreams and together with Porsche Malaysia, he hopes to blaze a trail for others who share his ethos: Without Limits.

Amir's Therapy Gym is located at 9 Jalan Riong, Bangsar if you are personally interested in visiting the gym.
