Multi-brand premium automotive group, SISMA Auto, has essentially doubled down on investing in the Volvo Car marque by officially opening their new flagship Volvo 3S centre at Sungai Besi, in Kuala Lumpur. The brand new from the ground-up 3S (Sales, Service & Spares) Centre was built at an investment cost of around RM30million shows a whole lot of commitment to the premium car maker.
As stated, the purpose-built four-storey, 55,000-square feet Wisma SISMA Auto in Sungai Besi was developed from the ground up at a cost of RM30 million. It is a state-of-the-art 3S Centre that features Volvo Car's latest corporate identity and brings to life the Volvo Retail Sustainable Experience, incorporating various sustainable initiatives such as rainwater harvesting, solar energy, energy-efficient insulated shell facade design, energy-efficient lighting and ventilation, and maximisation of greenery on the site. It also uses Volvo’s latest sustainably sourced and produced furniture. Aside from the total cost mentioned, the centre required a lot of other hurdles, including the dreaded red-tape challenges in terms with dealing with the usual local governmental regulations. But perservere SISMA did and this is the outcome.
Volvo SISMA Auto Sungai Besi is currently the largest Volvo showroom in Malaysia with the capacity to display up to 16 new and SELEKT pre-owned cars. Visitors can experience the premium retail experience in the customer lounge with Scandinavian design (think IKEA) that features clean, simple lines that represent minimalism and functionality without sacrificing beauty.
Volvo SISMA Auto Sungai Besi’s service centre is an authorised centre and is equipped with all the latest Volvo computer diagnostic equipment, Volvo special tools, wheel alignment and balancing equipment. The facility and its Volvo-trained and accredited team are ready to handle the service requirements for all Volvos -- be it combustion engine models, Hybrids or Electric Vehicles. It also has a high capacity 120kW DC charger for public use.
Customers can also enjoy the convenience of the Volvo SISMA Auto Concierge Service, which offers home or office vehicle pick-up and drop-off.
The new Volvo SISMA Auto Sungai Besi’s strategic location on the Sungai Besi Expressway offers easy access and enables it to serve a large catchment of Volvo owners and prospects throughout the Klang Valley. It will also help all servicing matters when it comes to SISMA's showroom located in the Bukit Bintang area as their other service centre is located in Glenmarie, aside from other Volvo Car Malaysia dealerships. This is for those that want to service at the dealer they bought their Volvo from.
SISMA Auto Group Managing Director Syed Khalil Syed Ibrahim has stated that the new facility represented a significant expansion of its Volvo business and reaffirmed the company’s belief in the future of the Volvo brand in Malaysia. He said, “We started the Volvo business some six years ago and we had basically outgrown our original service centre in Glenmarie. This bigger and better facility is in response to the needs of our growing customer base. It also supplements our existing sales location in Bukit Bintang, in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City centre."

The new Volvo Sisma Auto Sungai Besi is located in Wisma Sisma at 855 Sungai Besi Expressway Sungai Besi 57100 Kuala Lumpur. Its opening hours are from 9.00 am till 7.00 pm from Monday to Friday and from 10.00 am till 5.00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
