Audi Malaysia Introduces #ReadyToDrive Customer Care Campaign

PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM) today introduced the #ReadyToDrive customer initiative campaign which has a focus on safety, reliability and peace of mind for Audi owners. This is the first aftersales initiative by PHSAM since they began, in July of this year, representing the Audi brand for wholesale, marketing and aftersales in Malaysia. 

The #ReadyToDrive campaign will run from 1st October to 31st December 2022 and it offers Audi owners exceptional value in a comprehensive package. These include:

● Complimentary 30-point vehicle condition check for owners who have not visited an Audi Centre in the past 12 months

● Complimentary pickup and delivery service

● 20% savings on Audi Service and selected wear and tear parts

● 20% savings on Audi Batteries

According to the latest report from a stakeholder survey conducted every two years by Audi, vehicle safety is ranked as the highest priority by customers. Of course, knowing what the folks at Porsche Holdings Salzburg, who also distribute Volkswagen cars in Malaysia, they are folks that actually make change for the better in brands that they distribute. 

“Customer satisfaction is very important to us. As such, we are levelling up our efforts across the board. We want to ensure Audi are running at their best, always,” said Deenan Nadar, Aftersales Director of PHSAM.

“Audi owners can leverage our latest customer care package which has been designed to offer reliability and safety. In view of the upcoming school holidays and festive breaks, and with the monsoon season around the corner, we want our customers to have a safe and reliable journey.

“This will be a period of peak drives with more cars on the road, road trips and possibly hazard drives with unexpected heavy rains, floods or thunderstorms - and we want to enable Audi owners to have pleasant journeys with peace of mind,” said Deenan.

The folks at PHSAM are aware that there is a need for improving customer care and also long term ownership experiences. One effort is the strengthening the quality of aftersales service where technicians at Audi Centres across the country have been undergoing regular upskilling and assessments to improve their service level performance.

As the main contact between the brand and their customers, Audi Centres also offer comfort and convenience at a customer lounge, which is also equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi. The Centres are fully sanitised and constantly monitored to ensure that maximum hygiene is always maintained. 

Currently, Audi cars purchased in Malaysia are supported with 3 years free maintenance, 5 years unlimited mileage warranty and 5 years roadside assistance.
