An official Volkswagen service centre in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah is now open for business. This service centre is operated by Kota Bumi Sdn Bhd and it is currently the only authorised service centre for Volkswagen in Sabah.

Volkswagen Malaysia has a new 4S Center in Selayang. Volkswagen Selayang is Malaysia's second full fledged Volkswagen Technical Service Centre and is operated by Goh Brothers Motor. It covers everything from sales to aftersales, from the normal servicing to major repairs.
