Its the Hari Raya season again and everyone wants to head back to their hometown for some R&R and to meet up with their loved ones. It is also the time where many buy a new car to make that journey home a little more meaningful and a little more memorable. The guy with the new car always feels the proudest at the family home as his car is the most shiny among the lot. Of course it isn't easy forking out the cash to do so these days and sometimes, the new car may not be a new car but a used one. A slightly used one like the one in the photos herein. 

But I must say that the used car company selling the car is surely very ambitious in its description.

I have spotted another interesting car for sale. Really. This Proton Saga Iswara isn't interesting per se. In fact it is as interesting as leftover food from the most terribly run cafeteria in the world. What got me interested is the fact that people love using those marketing phrases like 'good condition', 'like new', 'free accident' or in this case, 'TipTop Conditions'. Malaysian English included.

The Citroen ZX 2.0 16Valve 3 door hatchback was somewhat of a cult favourite among those of us who lived, breathed and dreamt cars in the 1990s. In those days the 152/167hp 2.0 16valve was one of the few European cars that had quite a good reputation against the numerous Honda Civic, Proton Wira (with a lot of Lancer Mods), GC8 Impreza and other cars from te Japanese brigade. Even the 1.9 and later 2.0 8 valve 5 door hatchbacks were also considered as the Euro to drive fast in.
