Peugeot, DS, Citroen vehicles will be under Stellantis Malaysia directly on 1st March 2024 onwards. Take Note if you own any of these vehicles


If you own a fairly new, or even old Peugeot, DS, Citroen and anything remotely related to these brands, please take note that effective 1 March 2024, Stellantis Malaysia National Sales Company (Stellantis Malaysia) will commence a one-stop call center for PEUGEOT, DS and Citroën vehicles in the country. This is part of Stellantis’ transition to having Stellantis Malaysia as the entity managing the sales distribution and ownership experience of its vehicles, and to deliver seamless customer care during this transition.

The call center will offer a centralised customer support service for both sales and aftersales related inquiries and assistance, as well as address any complaints. PEUGEOT, DS and Citroën vehicle owners can contact the call center via:

Operating hours for the call center will be from Monday to Sunday, 8:45AM to 5:45PM. 

Additionally, Stellantis Malaysia will provide 24 hours support for accident and breakdown cases to ensure continuous assistance when needed. 

Contact them directly, do not try contacting their previous dealerships as most likely they will not be able to assist you in cases of warranty or what other queries you may have. So if you have a new Peugeot, it is not Bermaz. This is now direct to the manufacturers and we will wait and see what comes next and who are the new dealers that will be appointed.
