Renault Malaysia Updates - New Online E-Store and Captur 'Buy One Get One Free' Subscription Promotion



Renault Malaysia, via their official distributors TC Euro Cars have recently launched their online E-Store which offers a Fully Digital Car Buying and Subscription Experience. This service is touted to be the first in Malaysia and allows customers to buy or subscribe for a Renault at their fingertips. You can actually do everything from book your test drive to set the time for delivery of your new Renault.  Aside from that, there is TCEC has also the ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ promotion offers a free Captur subscription for any online purchase of a new Renault via www.renault.com.my.



The new Renault E-Store introduces a new ‘Buy a Renault’ and ‘Subscribe’ (their special leasing arrangement) feature on the Renault Malaysia website. The move by TCEC into e-commerce is said to be a first for the Malaysian automotive industry. It could allow a customer to never have to visit a physical showroom with the Renault three-hour test drive offering via GoCar (the car sharing company via a smartphone application), where customers can enjoy ultimate convenience and a hassle-free way to buy or subscribe for a Renault. All via the internet.

According to TC Euro Cars, buying or subscribing to a car in person can be a time-consuming and tedious process. The new Renault E-Store makes it easier by taking the entire process fully digital. From arranging for test drives to taking delivery of their Renault, customers can begin their ownership journey online, from the comfort of their own homes and at a time that is convenient for them.

The 'Buy One Get One Free' Promotion

So in conjunction with the launch of the new Renault E-Store, TCEC is extending a ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ offer for the first 50 customers who purchase online. Each of these early bird online customers will receive a free six-month subscription for the Renault Captur lifestyle crossover. The subscriptions are transferable within family members.

The current Renault Malaysian line-up consists of the Renault Captur crossover, Renault Megane R.S  hot hatchback and the Renault Koleos SUV. 

Buy a Renault – how it works

Applicable to all Renault models available in Malaysia, ‘Buy a Renault’ offers several
convenient features in the process of buying a new vehicle.
By simply logging on to the Renault Malaysia website (www.renault.com.my), customers
are able to complete the end-to-end solution:
 select the Renault model and colour of their choice
 make the booking fee payment
 submit the necessary documents
 submit trade-in valuation details
 provide bank loan preferences
 view the status of their new vehicle
 indicate preference of collection be it from a Renault showroom or delivery to
location of choice (at an additional fee)

To ensure optimal convenience for customers, dedicated Renault agents are on hand to
guide them through every step of the process.

Subscribe for a Renault – now fully digital

First launched in August 2019, Renault has taken Renault Subscription a step further so
customers can now complete their transactions online. Customers only need to log in to
the Renault Malaysia website where they are able to:
 select the vehicle they would like to subscribe for
 upload their supporting documents
 view their application status
 submit their payment and security deposit
 manage their Subscription monthly payments

Customers will be able to drive away with their brand-new Renault vehicle within 14 days
from the date of payment (depending on the model).

Additionally, for customers who opt for the Switch Plan, they can also request and manage
their Switch vehicles online. The Subscription Switch Plan offers total flexibility and allows
users to switch between Renault models depending on the customer’s needs.

Test drive without visiting a showroom
Customers can also request for test drives at their preferred Renault showroom online via
the Renault Malaysia website.

Specific for the Captur, customers can even arrange for a hassle-free, pressure-free three-
hour test drive without an accompanying sales person. Made available through TCEC’s
partnership with GoCar, this unique test drive experience is available at more than 250
locations nationwide.

The Renault E-Store is designed for today’s consumers and epitomises Renault’s ‘Easy
Life’ value proposition – a commitment to making life easy for customers through the
brand’s contemporary line-up of vehicles as well as all other aspects of the ownership
journey.

The Renault E-Store is part of Renault’s transformation journey, which culminates with a
small number of physical Renault stores available as galleries, showcases and information
centres where customers can learn about the company's products, service their Renault
vehicles and buy Renault merchandise.
