Bosch Automotive Aftermarket launches the ‘Drive for Life’ campaign

Bosch Automotive Aftermarket Malaysia (Bosch AA) has launched the ‘Drive for Life’ campaign here in Kuala Lumpur. The campaign is a car and road safety campaign which aims to raise awareness among drivers on the importance of regular vehicle maintenance and the usage of quality car parts (which a company like Bosch supplies). From their surveys done in 2018, more than 50 percent of Malaysian drivers lack knowledge in basic car maintenance and its impact on passenger, car and road safety. So the leading automotive parts supplier have decided to impart their expertise and share basic vehicle maintenance through this latest campaign. Very apt since it also coincides with the upcoming Hari Raya festivities.

According to a Bosch Automotive Aftermarket Survey, Only One Percent of Women Drivers Can Troubleshoot Car Breakdowns Without Assistance - Especially Battery Failure

I have been informed that by the people at Bosch Automotive Aftermarket that they recently conducted a survey which reveals that only one percent of women indicated that they are able to troubleshoot their vehicles when they experience a breakdown. When it comes to the opposite sex,  48 48 percent of men can troubleshoot their vehicle problems. Even for simple things like car battery failure. This is somehow not surprising. Nor is it a sexist remark. Why? because it was concluded after the results of a survey and not plucked out of thin air.
