Recently MINI Malaysia introduced the All-New MINI Countryman S ALL4, expanding on the New MINI Family in Malaysia with a locally assembled petrol-powered variant that ensures there is a MINI for every lifestyle and preference. This is for those that want the largest MINI in a traditional petrol powered form and it will cost you from an estimated RM259,000.

Locally assembled, the All-New MINI Countryman S ALL4 features its signature proportions and the Favoured Trim with the MINI Countryman SE ALL4 variant introduced in 2024. Like its electrified SE counterpart, the All-New MINI Countryman S ALL4 makes a bold statement – taller and lengthier compared to its predecessor, while remaining distinctly MINI. The new dimensions offer more spaciousness, enhanced comfort and heightened safety, making it a versatile and family-friendly vehicle.
Additionally, the All-New MINI Countryman S ALL4’s all-wheel drive powertrain, robust crossover design, upright profile and a slightly widened track makes it a perfect companion for both everyday commuting and outdoor escapades. This is the largest MINI you can buy, and now in the a powertrain which I still prefer to get my cars in.

The All-New MINI Countryman S ALL4’s distinctive design features an upright profile, a slightly
widened track, short overhangs, a compact bonnet, and a long wheelbase complemented by large wheels. At the front, the intricate octagonal grille is flanked by LED headlights, enhanced with a high-beam assistant and three adjustable light signatures. Meanwhile, the side profile highlights a seamlessly integrated, gently curved roofline that merges elegantly into the C-pillar, while a characteristic wraparound black band adds a contemporary touch to the vehicle's exterior aesthetics.
The traditional tripartite division of the vehicle body is further accentuated through the new design language, underscored by 20-inch Windmill Spoke wheels in two-tone. The All-New MINI Countryman S ALL4’s taller, longer, and wider roof underscores the vertical design, delivering a bold and commanding presence. At the rear, flush, upright LED taillights– also featuring three unique light signatures – frame the vehicle.

The cabin is characterised by a limited number of meticulously crafted and high-quality components, creating a new sense of comfort and feel-good atmosphere through the use of warm materials - most notably textile surfaces made with two-tone recycled polyester fabric through an in-house knitting process.
The dashboard of the All-New MINI Countryman S ALL4 provides an expansive forward view with the absence of an instrument cluster. Instead, driving-related information is conveniently displayed on the MINI Head-Up Display behind the sport steering wheel, while other functions can be easily accessed via the touch-sensitive centre icon or voice control. The unique to the industry 240-mm round OLED display not only provides a touch-based interface, but also features two projectors behind to enhance the immersive driver experience via the New MINI Experience Modes.
The All-New MINI Countryman S ALL4 features John Cooper Works sport seats, with
active seat specifically for the driver. Both front seats are upholstered in high-quality vegan leather on the sides and come equipped with electrically adjustable seats with memory & massage function for the driver seat. Front passengers enjoy nearly 3 cm of additional width in the shoulder and elbow areas compared to the predecessor model, complemented by a wide central armrest situated between the seats.
Meanwhile, the rear seats of the All-New MINI Countryman S ALL4 offer an enhanced level of comfort with an additional 2.5 cm of shoulder width, and each seat can be individually adjusted to 6 positions, including up to a 12-degree tilt for a personalised seating

Digital connectivity within the All-New MINI Countryman S ALL4 is powered by the MINI Operating System 9, merging both functional and emotional elements in a distinctive MINI style. The circular OLED display facilitates the presentation of both static and dynamic elements while micro-animations enhance the intuitiveness of interaction between the driver and the central display.
The Fixed status bar is located at the bottom of the screen, allowing users to directly choose options such as “Navigation”, “Media”, “Telephony”, “All Apps”, “Entertainment” and “Home”. Meanwhile, the upper screen area is reserved for driving-related content such as speed and crucial vehicle status updates. As for driver and passenger air conditioning temperatures, they are located on the left and right sides of the display – adjustable via touch or voice commands.
Also part of the All-New MINI Countryman S ALL4’s connectivity, the comprehensive MINI
Connected Package provides access to a constantly evolving variety of practical and entertaining apps through a third-party app store, while the MINI Intelligent Personal Assistant presents MINI’s first fully fledged voice assistant, enabling voice-controlled navigation, telephony, entertainment and numerous other vehicle functions. On the other hand, the MINI App enables functions such as Remote 3D View, Remote Engine Start and MyTrips. Through the MINI App as well, the MINI Digital
Key Plus function can be accessed, which enables a smartphone to function as a vehicle key. This digital key can be transferred digitally to different users, replacing the need to hand over the conventional vehicle key to facilitate car sharing.
