Volkswagen Malaysia Launches Courtesy Car Programme for its Customers

Volkswagen Malaysia has officially launched its mobility guarantee programme on the 26th of November 2014. As part of its ongoing efforts to improve customer satisfaction, Volkswagen Malaysia is sponsoring and deploying more than 200 vehicles to offer customers complete mobility support.

What this basically means is that if your VW is in an authorised workshop for repairs that extend over 24 hours, you are entitled to collect a courtesy vehicle as a temporary replacement. The courtesy cars are available only in case of a vehicle breakdown and should the repair duration exceeds 24 hours. Regular checks and vehicle accident repairs are not included in this mobility guarantee programme.

More value added services from VW Malaysia and less headache or heartache for its customers.  No more 'patah kaki' or 'broken leg' as the Malay saying goes. Customers are able to carry on with their lives as usual. A good thing yes?
