Volkswagen Malaysia Extends The Tax Holidays For Limited Stocks - You've Now Got Till 15th November 2018!!!


Super good news! If you want to buy a Volkswagen that is! Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) have announced an extension of the tax holiday for its range of models with the Price Protection Scheme. According to the good folks at VPCM, the Scheme will cover all Volkswagen models registered from now till 15 th November 2018 and it is while stocks last.

Zero GST: Daihatsu Malaysia 0% GST Adjusted Prices & Festive Promo Offers

Daihatsu (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. has announced their zero-rated Goods and Services Tax (GST) prices which takes effect from 1st June 2018 onwards until further notice (most likely when the SST system is re-implemented by the Malaysian Government). Daihatsu Malaysia will also be giving out attractive festive promo of up to RM4,000 for a limited time on top of the zero-rated GST on selected Gran Max variants too (T&Cs apply).

Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia Revises Its Service Pricing Guide In Line With Zero GST


Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) have announced the updated Service Pricing Guide of Volkswagen cars reflecting the zero GST rating which begins today, 1st June 2018. This is in-line with the implementation of zero percent GST by the Malaysian government which has taken into effect.

Zero GST: Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Announces Updated Prices In Line With The Temporary 0% GST Period



Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has now announced price reductions for their passenger cars following the update of Goods and Services Tax by the Malaysian government which will come into play on 1st June 2018. The prices of all Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles will undergo a price reduction as an effect of the reduction of GST from six percent (6%) to zero percent (0%) and should continue until further notice upon the re-implementation of the previous SST taxation scheme.

Zero GST - Audi Malaysia Announces 0% GST Prices for Their Vehicles


Audi Malaysia hasannounced the price revision of all models, effective 1 June 2018, in line with the government's adjustment of GST rates from 6% to 0%. This price revision is expected to remain until the introduction of a new tax structure.

Zero GST- Proton Announces Their 0% (Zero Rated) GST Car Prices - BUT, I Note That There is Now No Perdana in the Latest Price List? [UPDATED]


Proton came out with a recent announcement that they will be giving out service vouchers to cars which have been sold until 31st May 2018 which is the period prior to zero-rated Goods & Services Tax (GST) coming into effect on 1 June 2018. Now, they have announced their revised price list for cars sold from 1st June 2018 onwards. More savings with the zero rated GST when it comes to buying Proton cars for the moment.

Zero GST News: BMW Group Malaysia Vehicle Prices Come 1st June 2018

The new prices BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad vehicles with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) at Zero Percent (0%) until further notice have been announced. This includes BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad products, folks. 

Zero GST - New Prices for Citroen, DS & Peugeot from 1st June 2018

Zero GST - Perodua Updates its Prices


So far, we've been receiving a lot of e-mails from distributors and manufacturers about their car prices following the Zero Rated GST decision by the government pending a return to SST type of sales taxes. Now, we'd like to share with you that Perodua, the Malaysian compact car manufacturer has announced that they will fully reimburse the Goods and Services Tax (GST) to customers who purchase a new Perodua vehicle, service their Perodua vehicle or buy parts between 18 and 31 May 2018, ahead of the zero-rated GST implementation on 1 June 2018. So you now do not need to wait till the 1st of June if you want to buy a Perodua as you'll still benefit.
