Ferrari Roma Spider previewed during the opening of the new Ferrari Showroom in Kuala Lumpur

The new Ferrari Roma Spider has been previewed at the new Ital Auto Malaysia Sdn Bhd Ferrari showroom. The company, the new and current official distributor has decided to show off the latest Ferrari open top beauty in conjunction with that memorable event. The Roma Spider was only recently launched after its coupe namesake, and made it Malaysian debut alongside the Purosangue crossover supercar (seen in the photo below on the left) at newly-launched showroom

 Today, Ital Auto Malaysia Sdn Bhd officially opened their brand new Kuala Lumpur showroom at the Four Seasons Place, which is located at that very strategic location right beside the PETRONAS Twin Towers/ KLCC. This new showroom is the first step taken by Ital Auto Malaysia, who are currently the official importer and distributor of Ferrari in the country.This is the new home for new and old Ferraristis here and has all the hallmarks of the latest Ferrari Showroom Experience.

Ferrari SF90 Stradale Previewed in Malaysia - The First Series Production Plug-in Hybrid by Ferrari

Naza Italia, who are the official importer and distributor of  Ferrari  in Malaysia, has officially launched the SF90 Stradale. The unveiling of the new Prancing Horse was done in conjunction with the unveiling of the newly renovated Ferrari Petaling Jaya showroom earlier today. This is Ferrari's first series production PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) ever and it is available from the base price of RM 1,908,000.00 (before duties, customization options, taxes and insurance). Of course, be prepared to wait for a little while (as long as eighteen months or more) as it is a Ferrari, and demand outstrips supply.

Ferrari F8 Spider Previewed in South East Asia for the First Time in Kuala Lumpur

Aside from previewing the Ferrari 812 GTS for the first time in South East Asia over at the Ferrari Kuala Lumpur showroom recently, Naza Italia, official importer and distributor of the Ferrari brand in Malaysia, made another South East Asia debut. The  Ferrari F8 Spider is also in town. The V8 Ferrari Spider is the latest generation of drop-top sports car equipped with the most successful mid-rear-mounted V8 in history. It also shows that Malaysia is quite an important market for the Prancing Horse as we get to preview the supercar first.

Ferrari 812 GTS - The V12 Spider Makes its South East Asia Debut Here in Malaysia

Last week, Naza Italia, the official importer and distributor of the Ferrari brand in Malaysia, announced that the long-awaited Ferrari 812 GTS has made its South East Asia debut on Malaysian soil and is available for private viewing. The 812 GTS is available from the base price of RM1,538,000 (before duties, customization options, taxes and insurance). It is will be available for private viewing for interested parties from the 31st of May 2020 onwards.

Ferrari Starts Producing Prancing Horses Again Over At Maranello

It has been awhile since I actually wrote or talked about Ferrari. Couple that to the Movement Control Order here in Malaysia, it seems like a lifetime ago. This week, the Ferrari factories in Maranello and Modena have gradually returned to full production, in line with the "Back on Track" program. The first car produced after a long forced break was a Ferrari Monza SP2 (pictured above).

Ferrari F8 Tributo Previewed in Kuala Lumpur in Conjunction with Naza Italia's 10 Year Anniversary

Naza Italia, official importer and distributor of the Ferrari brand in Malaysia, on Friday, previewed and launched the Ferrari F8 Tributo, the new mid-rear engined sports car. The Ferrari F8 Tributo was first unveiled on March 5 at the Geneva Motor Show and it has only taken a month and a bit more for the supercar to make its way to Southeast Asia. The special preview was made in conjunction with the 10th anniversary celebrations of Ferrari Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore, and also 10 years of Naza Italia distributing Ferrari here.

The Ferrari 812 Superfast Reaches Our Shores - The Most Powerful & Fastest Road-Going Ferrari At The Moment

I was privileged to attend the official unveiling of Ferrari's fastest and most powerful production model to date, the Ferrari 812 Superfast, earlier today. The car is stupendous. It is powered by a new 6.5-litre V12 engine, up from the 6.3liter version used in the F12 and this new engine makes  that unleashes 800ps and a massive 718Nm@7,000 rpm, a significant 80% of which is already available at 3,500 rpm, improving both drivability and acceleration throughout the rev-range.

As with the world today, there are still companies that make impressive sales figures in times that are seemingly in a slump. Well, right now we are witnessing a slump in Oil & Gas, but as always, when one industry is down, there is usually another one which is somehow booming. And I also have to add that the wealth of the people on this planet has grown tremendously over the past two decades or so making purchasing of luxury and ultra-luxury products continue to be on the uptrend.
