Yesterday, at the Malaysia Autoshow 2024 in MAEPS, Serdang, WTC Automotif (M) Sdn Bhd (WTCA), a subsidiary of Warisan TC Holdings Bhd, officially launched the 2024 GAC AION Y Plus all-electric compact crossover model for the Malaysian market. The All-New 2024 GAC AION Y Plus CBU (fully imported) is priced from RM119,800.00 onwards.

WTC Automotif (M) Sdn Bhd (WTCA), a subsidiary of Warisan TC Holdings Bhd, yesterday, officially unveiled the 2024 GAC GS3 EMZOOM in Malaysia. This marks about five years in the making, in terms of planning and bringing the EMZOOM into Malaysia, the compact sports utility vehicle (SUV) is now available in two completely built-up (CBU) variants for our market (for the time being, with local assembly coming in the near future), This is the GAC GS3 EMZOOM Exclusive and GS3 EMZOOM Premium R. These are officially priced at RM118,900.00 and RM128,900.00 respectively (before insurance).   The 2024 GAC GS3 EMZOOM is available in four colours: Salt Lake Blue, Ivory White, Graphene Grey and Super Star Silver. 

WTC Automotif and GAC Motor International have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to initiate feasibility studies for two new completely knocked-down (CKD) vehicle assembly projects in Malaysia

Yesterday, while most Malaysian were doing their shopping for the upcoming Id celebrations, WTC Automotif (M) Sdn Bhd (WTCA), a subsidiary of Warisan TC Holdings Bhd, and GAC Motor International Co., Ltd. (GAC Motor International) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to initiate feasibility studies for two new completely knocked-down (CKD) vehicle assembly projects in Malaysia. The signing is a start for local assembly for GAC vehicles, namely the study into CKD production of the right-hand drive GAC EMKOO for the Malaysian market and the left-hand drive GAC GS3 EMZOOM, destined for export to Vietnam. The event was witnessed by the Malaysian Transport Minister, The Honourable Anthony Loke.

WTC Automotif (M) Sdn Bhd (WTCA), a 100% owned subsidiary of Warisan TC Holdings Bhd,has officially opened the order books for the GAC GS3 EMZOOM compact Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV). This will be available by the 2nd quarter of 2024 with a booking fee of RM1,000 and the first 100 bookings will be invited for a private event. The announcement was made during the Exclusive Preview event which also featured upcoming GAC and GAC AION, which are GAC's brand for electric vehicle models.

WTC Automotif (M) Sdn Bhd (WTCA) with Guangzhou Automobile Group (GAC) announces Completely Knocked Down (CKD) programme - RM60million+ investment to produce and market GAC vehicles in Malaysia

WTC Automotif (M) Sdn Bhd (WTCA), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Warisan TC Holdings Bhd (a Tan Chong related company), earlier today announced a new Completely Knocked Down (CKD) programme with Guangzhou Automobile Group (GAC). The programme, which WTCA stated that they will invest over RM60 million into this venture involves the manufacturing of the brand new GAC Motor GS3 compact SUV (in the B segment) as well as expanding its  presence throughout Malaysia. Expect to see a newly specced out CKD GS3 with a 1.5liter turbo direct injection petrol with a DCT gearbox here by the end of the year and on sale shortly after.
