BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia has introduced a new service for their customers. This is the i-Renewal digital service for the BMW and MINI Comprehensive Motor Insurance Programme. According the them, the new programme was brought out to simplify renewal processes for BMW and MINI owners insured by the programme.
The BMW and MINI Comprehensive Motor Insurance Programme online service has been designed to give customers complete peace of mind and total protection for their vehicle. The i-Renewal digital service has been made possible in collaboration with Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad (so take note if you are a customer that wants a specific need or insurance company. Customers to this service are now able to easily request for an instant insurance quotation with just a few clicks by providing some basic information, or renew their insurance policies.

Complimentary Enhanced Road Warrior Service
Every owner who successfully renews their BMW and MINI Comprehensive Motor Insurance Programme online by 31 December 2020 will be entitled to a complimentary Enhanced Road Warrior* coverage for one year.
In addition to providing Personal Accident Cover and other insurance benefits, the Enhanced Road Warrior service also includes a comprehensive Car Assistance Programme with a range of around-the-clock services such as:
24-Hour Emergency Towing (Unlimited Towing Distance)
Minor Roadside Repair
Taxi Assistance
Arrangement for Car Rental and Hotel Accommodation
International Assistance
Arrangement for Emergency Evacuation
Referral to Service Centre
Emergency Message Transmission
