Now here we have a 2002 Nissan Sentra for your viewing pleasure courtesy of mudah.my, the buy-sell website that I go to when I want to dream a little. According to the advert this Sentra belongs to a 'Careful Lady Owner'. Fuiyoh!!! Do you believe in Santa Claus, totally honest Politicians or truthful advertising?
This "Careful Lady" Owned Sentra has a full bodykit which includes a goalpost rear wing, white meter dials, an exhaust system with left / right tailpipes and blue coloured alloy wheels with contrasting lettering on them! Judging from how the car looks I have to conclude that the Careful Lady Owner:
1.is actually Leona Chin, Girl Drifter;
2. Kathy Bates' character in the film, Misery; or
3. The lady actually owns the car but her Ah Beng college student son used to drive it to classes and back before flying off to complete his final semester overseas.
Since I believe Leona Chin drives something else as you cannot go drifting in a front wheel drive Nissan, I think we can rule number #1 out. Kathy Bates isn't an Ah Soh living in Malaysia so that is also out. I think number #3 makes perfect sense. So do not believe in the 'Careful Lady Owner' sales pitch all of the time folks.
She may own it, but she may not have driven it.
